Designated Safeguarding Lead Training
Statutory Training as detailed in Keeping Children Safe in Education
Over recent years schools and colleges have increased their number of DSLs to form a team approach. The Lead DSL can delegate to deputies but maintains lead responsibility.
Adam has been delivering DSL training for over 8 years within Suffolk, Essex, London, Norfolk. Adam has also delivered DSL training to Multi Academy Trusts, Independent Schools, Alternative Provisions and Guardianship Organisations. Adam also delivers sports related Safeguarding Lead training to a number of organisations.
Adam keeps the training up to date with revisions as often as possible. The training is also made as bespoke as possible for settings so that they can gain the most operational and strategic value out of the training.
Flexibility is key
Training can be delivered online or face to face on Zoom.
Training can be booked by a school or college for their team
Training is offered widely to all settings to book together.
Training going forward is planned to be bespoke to EYFS, Special Schools and Alternative Provision as well as Primary Schools and Secondary Schools with Post 16.
